Thông tin công việc:
✊ Develop of new business (M&A and Alliance).
✊ Resreach Market and industry of food.
✊ Ananlysis, find the solution and execution
✊ Find M&A and Alliance oppurtunities,
✊ Finding of potential targets.
✊ Evaluate a target company (Business due diligence).
✊ Negotiation with them.
✊ Import (& export ) food products to local market.
✊ Find potential food products, find local distributor and negotiate with them
✊ Operation for import, making the cotract and communicate with our partners ( Japan and Vietnam side).
Report and Preparing the proposal.
Other duties upon request of Department GM..
Yêu cầu công việc:
👍 Have experienced in food company, Distributor or consulting company.
👍 Consumer products knowledge, import/export operation skill.
👍 Strong presentation skills.
👍 Confidence in your own abilities.
👍 A high degree of self-motivation.
👍 A passion for selling.
👍 Good time management.
👍 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
